SUGAR MILL ROOMS

Luxury Sugar Mill Room (up to 2 adults)

The spacious Luxury Sugar Mill Rooms are located close to the heart of Sugar Beach with expansive views of the resort’s lush gardens and palm lawn. Each one has a private walled garden and plunge pool and boasts the same plantation elegant styling associated with the resort’s luxury villa category. Four poster bed, butler service, iPod docking station, flat screen TV, and signature bathroom amenities.

Superior Luxury Sugar Mill Room (up to 2 adults)

These conveniently located rooms boast all the benefits of the Luxury Sugar Mill Rooms with the added bonus of a private roof terrace—most with ocean and Gros Piton views. They also have large walk-in showers

LUXURY COTTAGES

Luxury Cottage (up to 2 adults)

Tucked amid the lush vegetation and fruit trees these accommodations offer privacy, tranquility and stunning views. The spacious bedrooms reflect the resort’s plantation history with high beamed ceilings and voile draped four poster beds. Outside a private terrace and plunge pool is an added bonus for those who like to bask in the warm Caribbean sunshine. The Luxury Cottages have breathtaking views of the dramatic Pitons, or views of the sparkling waters of Anse des Pitons below. Four poster bed, butler service, iPod docking station, flat screen TV, walk-in shower and signature bathroom amenities.

Superior Luxury Cottage (up to 2 adults & 2 children or 3 adults)

This accommodation offers all of the benefits of the Luxury Cottage category but with the addition of a separate living room with sofa bed, perfect for accommodating 2 young children or a third adult. They also benefit from both a walk in shower and bathtub in the spacious bathroom.

Two Bedroom Superior Luxury Cottage (up to 4 adults & 4 children or 6 adults)

Offering endless views of the glittering waters of Anse des Pitons or the dramatic twin peaks of St Lucia’s Pitons theses cottages combine two Superior Luxury Cottages that connect via an interior Foyer. Featuring the elegant Caribbean plantation styling of the luxury cottage category, these two bedroom Luxury Cottages are exceptionally spacious. Two large bedrooms feature four- poster king beds and full en-suite bathrooms, charming crystal chandeliers, and very large walk-in showers. Each of these resort cottages includes two living rooms, two terraces and two plunge pools with sundecks.

VILLAS

Luxury Villa (up to 2 adults)

Beautifully appointed and positioned for privacy as stand-alone accommodation, each Luxury Villa features lofty high-beamed ceilings, a spacious bedroom with four poster bed and tastefully furnished with white custom made wardrobes and bedside tables. A flat screen TV with DVD player is also located in the bedroom. Described as plantation elegant in its styling, the villa is equipped with a separate dressing room, large bathroom featuring a roll-top Victorian-style bath, enormous walk in shower, separate WC and bidet. French windows open out onto a covered open air living area with day bed, table and chairs, sundeck, and plunge pool.

A beautifully appointed villa suite with a spacious bedroom boasting a four poster bed and tastefully furnished with white custom made wardrobes, bedside tables and a sofa. A flat screen TV with DVD player is also located in the bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom suite are panelled and feature a polished wooden floor. The Caribbean style villa is equipped with a very large bathroom featuring a roll-top Victorian-style bath, enormous walk in shower, separate WC and bidet and in some cases the addition of an outside shower. Through the bedroom, guests walk into a living room area which is finished with a white coral ceramic floor, a sofa and appropriate furnishings. French windows open out onto a large terrace with sundeck, large plunge pool in addition to a dining table and chairs.

Grand Luxury Villa (up to 2 adults & 2 children or 3 adults)

These beautifully appointed villas comprise a spacious bedroom with four poster bed and are tastefully furnished with white custom made wardrobes, bedside tables and sofa. A flat screen TV with DVD player is also located in the bedroom. This plantation styled villa has hardwood floors throughout, the Grand Luxury Villa suite is equipped with a very large bathroom featuring a roll-top Victorian-style bath, enormous walk in shower, separate WC and bidet and, in some cases, the addition of an outside shower. The air-conditioned living room features a sofa bed, flat screen TV and other furnishings ensuring ultimate comfort. The living room French windows open out onto a substantial furnished verandah with private sundeck and large plunge pool.

Ocean View Grand Luxury Villa (up to 2 adults & 2 children or 3 adults)

These beautiful Grand Luxury Villas boast a guaranteed view of the Caribbean Sea and comprise all the attractions of the Grand Luxury villa category including four poster bed, flat screen TVs and DVD players, elegant plantation styling and hardwood floors throughout. The air-conditioned living room features a sofa bed, flat screen TV and other furnishings ensuring ultimate comfort. The living room French windows open out onto a substantial furnished verandah with private sundeck, large plunge pool and a stunning ocean view.

Two Bedroom Grand Luxury Villa (up to 4 adults & 4 children or 6 adults)

This deluxe plantation style villa is extremely spacious and ideal for a large family or group of friends travelling together. There are two spacious bedrooms with four poster beds and ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with white custom made wardrobes, bedside tables and a sofa. Flat screen TVs with DVD players are also located in the bedrooms. The very large bathrooms feature roll-top Victorian-style baths, enormous walk in showers, separate WCs and bidets and, in some cases, the addition of an outside shower. There are two living rooms, and two terraces, one covered and one open. Both have over-sized plunge pools.

BUNGALOWS

Luxury Beachfront Bungalow (up to 2 adults)

Set on the white sands of Sugar Beach, the eight Luxury Beachfront Bungalows are just steps away from the crystal waters of Anse des Pitons and feature luxurious yet unpretentious styling. White washed walls and a thatched roof help to create a relaxed ambience, while inside white washed pine floors, a flat screen TV with DVD player, iPod docking station, luxury amenities, romantic King sized bed with high quality linens, and plush furnishings add sophistication. The large bathroom has a stand alone soaking tub and walk-in shower. A second outdoor shower is situated in a private courtyard. There is also a covered open-air living area facing the spectacular waters of Anse des Pitons. VILLA RESIDENCES

Two Bedroom Ocean View Villa Residence (up to 4 adults or 2 adults & 2 children)

This beautiful tropical villa features two bedrooms, a private plunge pool and stunning ocean and Piton views. Decorated to the highest standards and to the personal tastes of the villa owners, the master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with free standing tub, while the guest bedroom features either two full size or queen size beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. Hardwood floors, high end fixtures and fittings and contemporary Caribbean styling feature throughout. A spacious living area and expansive sun terrace allow guests to make the most of the warm Caribbean climate.

Three Bedroom Ocean View Villa Residence (up to 6 adults or 2 adults & 4 children)

This Villa Residence, furnished throughout with contemporary island decor, has all of the benefits of the larger Three Bedroom Residence but built over two stories and with slightly smaller dimensions. The upper level houses the master bedroom with private balcony, large master bath with claw foot tub and views over the ocean and the first of two guest bedrooms - this one with twin beds and ensuite shower room. Downstairs is a full kitchen, large living room opening to a beautiful deck and infinity edge pool, and the second guest room with queen size bed and ensuite shower room.
